Community Round

Registration takes place on Sonar. You will sign in, create or select an individual or business investing entity, and complete the required KYC or KYB checks. Registration does not commit funds. Eligible participants return when commitments open to participate in the round.

No. The round includes both a guaranteed allocation pool for eligible Linera badge holders and an open allocation pool available to new participants. Securing a badge gives existing community members access to the reserved allocation pool.

Guaranteed allocations are fulfilled first. The remaining open allocation is distributed pro-rata based on total demand, and any portion of your commitment that is not allocated is automatically refunded.

If the Minimum Target subscription of $1,500,000 USD is not reached at the end of the offering, or if the offering is canceled for any reason, all commitments will be eligible for a full refund.

Every dollar committed to the round earns an equivalent amount of Commitment Credits, giving you fee-free trading volume on Linera during Season 1. The allowance applies to your total commitment, including amounts that may later be refunded due to oversubscription, and is capped at $100,000 per verified user.

You qualify if your filled allocation falls within the first 10 million $LNRA sold on Sonar. At the $0.16 sale price, this represents $1.6 million, not $200,000. Founder eligibility depends on your position in the final fill.

Genesis Founders receive 7 bonus $LNRA for every 1 allocated, giving them 8 tokens in total. Complete one trade on app.linera.xyz mainnet before the TGE snapshot to unlock the full Founder bonus, with no trading-volume requirement. The sale price remains $0.16. Including the bonus tokens, the effective acquisition cost is $0.16 ÷ 8 = $0.02 per $LNRA, excluding trading costs or losses.

Earned Genesis rewards are distributed at the Token Generation Event (TGE). Qualifying trading takes place after mainnet launches and before the TGE snapshot. Mainnet and Season 1 are targeted for late October or November; these dates may change.

At the full round cap and maximum Genesis distribution, the community can receive up to 25% of total $LNRA supply at TGE, including the 5% Community Round allocation. This matches the combined allocation to investors and early contributors. Investor and team tokens are locked for 12 months after TGE, followed by 24 months of linear vesting.
